Google inserting Video into search results

Google inserting Video into search results. Is this evil? Many are not happy that by inserting Google Video and Youtube videos directly into the search result, it weeds out the competition, but I’m not so sure. Perhaps I’ve already drank the kool-aid but the integration seems a logical step for Google and at the moment is not intrusive. If Google increases Pagerank on their own videos to beat the competition to the top search result, now that would be evil.

Microsoft kicks the tires on Revver but it doesn’t look like anyone is too interested in buying what Revver has to offer. Video-sharing sites are a dime a dozen these days and what originally made Revver unique (profit sharing from ad-revenue to content creators) has been copied by the likes of MetaCafe, Break, and soon possibly by YouTube.
